The color of the background seems a little light, or unchaning.. The scan looks as if it could use some cleaning. A tad grainy. And oh the text font is what ruins it most for me. >_< And the line... Otherwise this mood is great. Lovely colors...
The character needs to be cleaned up a bit more, right now it looks a touch grainy and the color/light levels don't seem right. I also don't understand the overlays you used, they're too sharp and seem totally out of place, as does the white glow on her left wing, it doesn't really seem to belong.
The brightness ruins it for ME... coz i dont hav 2 great an eye sight and bright things are hard to c, other than that, wat i reali love are the feathers/wings. almost looks velvety! Gud job! ^_^

Nice wp. i like your scan choice. it's looks like it was extracted pretty good. only thing is that it's a tad grainy. it could be that the site lowered the quality when/if it shrunk your wall, that or you just need to clean it better. overall you did a good job but the bg have a bit more detail in it.
i personally don't mind the text although it could have more of cathederal/churchy(?) flare to it then how it is now, which i would put in the tech group.
