Sitting at my desk, twittling my thumbs, and praying that something will magically happen and all my work will be done for the night... Long and drawn out right? :S
Went through a few ideas for this wall. Originally, I was working on a piece with him trapped inside a box. But meh, it turned out to be harder then I intended, unless I made the BG in 3D, which I couldn't be arsed to do. x] So I started working on this version. White BG with those black curse seals look hot, imo. So I decided to base the majority of the wall on that, and keep it keep it simple at the same time. In the end, the wall kinda has a 3D feel to it anyway. xD
Vector/CG by me. One, two hours maybe.

I believe you that extracting the character was a pain but I think it was worth the effort because the result is very cool. The background is not that great but that's not important because the emphasis is put on the character.

I really like the coloring on this wallpaper,all the bright colors really reflect Misuzu's nice, kind behaviour, good job!i can see your style of wall is with high brightness. sometimes it's not good at all. It makes the wall a little blurry, not sharp. that's what i think.

I can't stand how he has that ugly curse on his face. Before he was so cute and adorable looking now he just looks like a rabid dog. You really brought out the quality of his madness due to that curse on his face though. I think you probably portrayed it better than I've seen a lot of people do lately. Great job on that =)
Creepy ;) nice work. i kinda feel some text to the left would've been nice but at least there's lots of space for icons. guess my other thing is that his hair is super blurred on the left but the rest of it is normal. would it look weird if the blur was the same all over? but whatever...this is still awesome! :)
A simple wall, but it works. Something about this wall just draws you into it. I like the vector but I think it's too blurry on the bottom half. I think the whole thing would look better if you sharpened it. Overall, nice work!
That's pretty cool, I like the contrast of light and dark as well the whole concept of a mostly black/white scan and the solitary confinement theme... however some of it seems to... hmm... not fit? Just fix some of the blurs and I'd say it'd be almost perfect. :3
XD Love all the negative space. The bottom half is a little blurry, but I like how the effect makes you zoom in on his face. And dood, you CGd the shading? 'Cause damn, the 3-Dness looks awesome... especially his arm, I can't stop staring at it >_<
Awesome entry i mean really this is so good b/c of the white background i like things that are simple yet outstanding anyways yeah keep up the good work and i hope to see more of your work ok?
