This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Hmmm.. i was looking for Sephiria scan but too bad i cant find one so i have to do the hardway got the scan fom the manga Black Cat, add some painful vector and a cg pastel colored look .. hmmm this one took some time to make compared to the rest of my wallpaper but all in all it was great after finishing this one... I would like to thanks blu3angl for his nice comments and input in making this wallpaper at session zero... :)

It's alright. the bg is interesting. i'm actually alittle suprised this got accepted cuz the scan quality isn't that great and there's whole chunks of the original bg still around the edges. i would say this scan needs to be extracted alot more (kinda seems like you got lazy neart the bottom where her hair and hand are) and lower the saturation, it seems extremely yellow.
overall it's a good effort, it's just the scan that's ruining it for me.
Hm, a pretty simple and straightfoward wallpaper, but some concepts with the skies are a bit complex. The background is easy, just plain black with a clock and the extra details in the back. Try improving on adding texture into the background, so it won't seem as if the clock sign was attached onto the background. This wallpaper is a dark style wallpaper. Very neat colors of black, red, and blue. Keep the work and effort up!

The thing that really makes this wall is the clock in the background. The lighting, scenery, and colors are just beautiful. The fact that the scan fits well is an added bonus. A very good job on this wall. ^_^
BTW: I do believe blu3angel is a girl...but I've been wrong before. >.<
I like this wallpaper. Sefiria does deserve a nice wallpaper. I like the idea with the clock being like a window. A random thought: you should have had the clock go up to number 13, but that's just a random thing. My only urk is the scan. It just feels a little blurry, but other than that good job!

The night time and the purple moon makes sephiria look great. The background goes very well with her, especially with her dark clothes that shes wearing.
