This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
A primarily vectored wall of Talho from Eureka 7
I spent approximately 7 hrs on the vecotoring and about 3 on the photoshop portion for this final version, I also intended this wall to be 1440 x 900 at first but upped the resolution to 1920 x 1200 for some of the requests in the Widescreen group.
I hope you enjoy this wall and I invite you all to comment.
I really like the effect of the vectoring! The wallpaper looks crisp and clean even with the bording letters! The blue background and the grundge effect is cool too makin it into a border/picture like wallpaper! very nice, in fact it'll be one of my favs!

I really like the coloring and layout and its a great job on the vector.
One thing (that does not detract from the excellent wallpaper) kinda catches my eye though. I think that is supposed to be a stitched cloth kinda clothing but the way the stitching was done it looks like she is wearing a terry cloth towel that has been made into clothing.
Finally! I was looking for a good looking wallpaper with the main image at the left part of the wall =) thats because I use my instant messenger programs at the right part of my screen, thank you so much
Nice! I like the layout especially and the gradient colors are excellent.
I agree with Mnemeth about the stitching (and agree that it really isn't a detractor though).
Also --- Talho has darker colored hair --- pretty much black hair. At least in regards to the anime and most scans I've seen of her (quick GoogleImageSearch for "talho" shows black hair). I didn't see the original scan though so it could be intentional in which case you can ignore my comment!
Other than that hair color thing which throws me off I really like it. Your vector is really clean (as usual) and I really, really like that edge design.
Hm... nice vector work, interesting design
wat i like most is the recreation of talho
you change a couple elements of her that look kool
the design seems pretty unique, vector confined in a squarish design
all in all, its a pretty good wallpaper... nice work! =_=

My second fav character from Eureka Seven is indeed Tahlo. She is so funny and super cool! Though I wonder why her hair color is brown instead of black. But it looks a lot better that way.
