This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Haha...found inspiration for this wall after the Matrix one. It's a little contradictory since the silhoquette at the back is Ishida but the guy up front is Byakuya. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy it! Any comments and criticism are still welcomed!
Good idea, I like this wallpaper, the effect and color chosen make me remember GTA (strange)
the only thing is the 2 characters in the front, it's not very easy to tell who they are. I'm not a Bleach fan but the man on the right, don't look like the usual Byakuya

tho i think most of the lines should be smoother i can spot some shaky lines here and there, like in ichigo's hair and some not so flowing edges of the shadows, like byakuya's tie (btw im a byakuya fangirl so props for using byakuya) XD
but you were in the right track, woulda been better if the silouette wasn't ishida and shoulda been byakuya, you know to be more logical, but yeah pretty nifty job

I love the simple way you combined all the elements in the wallpaper. It feels like a movie poster...oh I remember! This is similar to a Men in Black poster! Great Job. :D
Although, it would've been more ideal if you used Byakuya in the back as well. You're immediatly drawn to the center of this wall and when you look at the sides Ishida is expected and Byakuya is there. O.o I had to read your decription because I couldn't figure out why Ishida looked so weird.
The shirt shadows on Byakuya aren't as clean as they are on Ichigo's, it may help to clean those up ^_^
Tate beat me to telling you about the shaky lines and the lack of flow of the edges. Try making the edges a little rounder. You also might want to make Byakuya's mouth thinner and less jagged.
And unless you can't find a good full body image of Byakuya, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't put Byakuya's silhouette in the background. Or you could put Ishida up front, but I think it's a lot easier to just replace the silhouette. :)
Very creative... it kinda looks like one of those flash game splash design XD the colors to me is kinda iffy, like the shading of the white shirt, and the lines are too sharply turned, but i love the concept.
Great idea! not sure about the logo on his jacket though. the guy on the right..i cant really tell who that is..if it asnt for the tiny bow on the little figurines in the middle
Awesome concept! I love the simplicity of it, but yes, i must say I was expecting to see Ishida in the center as well...actually I really thought you had used Ishida until i read everything. Regardless, it's nice to see Byakuya ahaha, nice job!
