Well, I finally managed to watch Eureka 7 on DVD, and the scenry from the first episode really helped inspire this wallpaper. I just tried to recreate some of the scenes and images I saw, like the giant arching towrs, the dark and clustered towns, and the mushroom shaped landscape covered by drifting shadows. I worked really long and hard on this one, but I also learned a lot and came up with some new techniques I'm sure to use again in the future. I hope you all enjoy, and thanks again to Kalico and nat for their feedback and help.

Beautiful, just can say it in that way, the scene is simple well done [maybe i just think you can add more depth into the grass], the sky, the tower [my favorite part i must admit] and the "mushrooms" field, everything looks near to a screencap, well, is a fav~
Nice one red, good compo and detailed bg, I like the happy but soft looking color-style. Maybe the grass behind eureka and renton could be soften abit at the edge. Also the same for that higher hill behind eureka's neck... or maybe I'm just bragging too much, great job red~!

Amazing... i love wat you did in the clouds... its very realistic and the two main characters is very kawaii... (i forgot their names >.<) anyway, their reaction is pretty nice too...it appeals the attention of the audience... well, at least for me, it is... overall... very nice...

I really like this wall and its E7 too awsome! the backround is very nicley done, it mustve taken alot of time but all that effort really paid off cuz this wall is awsome. i really like the sky... that mustve taken forever to do. anyway nice job! ^_^
Wow, awesome work really! I can't believe that you made everything from scratch. The background looks perfect. Love the scenery, simply beautiful. And it fits the couple. Everything is really smooth and blurry, really nice. But there's one thing that might bothered, it's the grass further away that's sticking up by the swamp, it may look better if it was blurred a little. Well it's just some minor issue, I still think it's great work!

Great job on this one Redxxii. I love your clouds especially, though I think maybe I would have blurred where the grass meets the bg more. Other than that, I really like it. =D
