The... 10th. And I'm getting tired of writing description. Anyway, this is an entry for the May challenge in the Vectorness group. The backhround is...uh...green. I had to redo the hat coz the one from the original scan is soo difficult to vector.
Now thats a one nice vector. and the idea behind the background is cool. i recently found that the background is actually the biggest pain, moreover when you make a great chara vector, you have to make at least the same level of greatness in the back.. yours works just fine -- nice one ;]

Ooh, the character vector looks great! The flower looks really lush as well, and I like the way you integrated the text in the bg... definitely gives it the random kind of look that typifies FLCL :3 Great job! :D
Wow. So nice and clean. Although i am tired of this kind of walls with simple clean vectors and stuff, this one drew my attention immediately. It Rocks! Especially that Sunflower is so well cleaned and blended.

Man, I really love the vectorness for this wall, it's like really great and makes the picture have a more high quality look to it, but it does need a little bit more creative with the background though.
