As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
This was my very first wallpaper some years ago. The background was some old stock photo and yeah the character is nakoruru from the game Samurai Showdown. Another old wall which i thought was worthy of being uploaded here. hope some of you enjoy this old piece :D

the background is awesome but i think its just too blurry.. i think you were just trying to make the scan stand out more than the background..
i noticed the flower on the right near her hair.. it looks really bad.. it looks like you erased some part of it..

I'm liking the use of color in this wall. Usually a anime scan used with a real world stock image doesn't look right without ALOT of effort but somehow it works in this picture almost perfectly. Very nice for being one of your first walls.

A bit to blurry, and a little to much red shine enhancing and making the blur effect difficult and distracting.
But great character image and background choice. Still a must have for a Sam Sho fan. :) Nice work.
Awesome! just awesone (: i LOVE the way it looks & feels! like i love how soft looking the scan is.. yet soo... like it blends right in & fits perfectly! i love the background (: looks amazing.. the fact tht its only in one colour.. pink-ish red (: i love it! 3 favesss =))
