This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

It didn't take too long to make, it was mostly searching the web for the right buildings i wanted to use. i started last night, just finished right now. stock photos are from stockxchng (there's 5), scan is from here, and there's about 20 layers. i think the colors turned out alright on this one, really digging the angle.

I adore the scan, haha. But I love the wallpaper, very simple and I really like the perspective. Of course, the sun-ish tones make it seem more of a mellow mood. :] Wonderful work! A fave for me.

I've only got one thing to say and that is, the body size doesn't really fit them.
Thier body look slightly smaller than the normal size.

This is what i never managed to do: a good cityscape. i don't like FSN, but your BG works really well, so it makes it acceptable hehe.

Hmm, thats like a huuuge wtf
all the fate dudes just hangin agound in the city... even berserker in the smith look, now thats unexpected
but the result is pretty swell, so nevermind that
the fiery sky and reflections on the buildings create a swell atmosphere
great lighting
very nice indeed, even though i absolutely dont understand whats goin on in there...
the 'manly' atmosphere is a bit disturbing

Love the angle and the lighting on the mob!
The buildings looked a bit suss though, a tad too uniform and the reflections on them created a see-through effect instead ..
Btw, i thought this was another propaganda wall lol!

Hey, I like this wall; the sunset and how they all dressed up with angle of the camera looks like they are up to no good ^_^. Good job, those buildings are they stock? they kind of look liek stock photo, you need to stay away from stock photos they don't look very good when filtered, instead vector them, but the end result is 70% better visual. +fav
