This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
My new "vector" walpp. after the last vector wallp i uploaded got deleted.
to make this walpp i screen cap a scene from the anime, and vectorize it (fun but sometimes frustating moment, but worth it). because i just learning my way with pen tool in photoshop, vectorize can be a pretty interesting practice in using it. the eyes and the hair was difficult, but seem i made it. the cloth part was wayy quick. finaly getting use to this pen tool thing. i choose the color myself. kind of have that retro feel. i think. :)
anyway, please enjoy this wallp. you may download it, comment on it, or make it your fave. :)
thank you
Yay! tsubasa vector-ness!
IMO, this series is the only one that truly looks great vectorized.
pretty nice, some lines on the hair are sharp, but it's still good.
me personally doesn't like the blue.
Have a nice day!
O_O whoa. Amazing vector. Although I haven't watched Tsubasa Resevior Chronicle, I must give this one a thumbs up due to the spectacular vector. Simple, yet nice.
Quite excellent. Your way to pen tool-ness on PS is going very well actually. The balance of color and the cleaness of the lines it's quite beautiful. Keep up the good job!
Ok, I am extremely impressed, not only a good choice of scenes to vectorise but a incredibly good job on the vector art, but why use photoshop over illustrator for a job like this" you only had one or the other?
Yeaaah... same like me.. I'm learning vectorizing picture in Photoshop too... Hard work.. but really nice to see the good result :) You have a good work. But maybe you should add some shadow in the nose and sparkling in the eyes.. so your character looks live better :)

If religion is that which binds men to one another, and irreligion that which sunders, then must I testify that I found the religion of my country in its musical genius and its irreligion in its churches and drawing rooms.
