This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
That's pretty cool actually :). The moon makes sense with the scene as opposed to just being chucked in there. Cartooney style skyscape works well too.
If I was to suggest anything it would be to make the moon more comedy/cartooney stylee and add in one or too similar stylee clouds. But that's not really a crit or anything, just an idea.

I really like this wallpaper it has this whole.. bewitched thing going on ... i like how it's not too overpowering with the special effects and everything blends together really nicely! great job! i really like it
While the colors are nice I didn't think the background was that fascinating. It seems like the same thing everyone is doing. A big moon, a city and stars...I would just like to see a little more originality.
I really like this wallpaper! It's great how simple it is and how clean Chii and Atashi and the stars all look. Great job on making the background look like it fits so perfectly with everything else!
