This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This wall was for the air contest in minitokyo, when I came about this scan, I was in love with it and i knew that I just had to make a wall out of it no matter what.
I used another Air scan for the bridge and added some laterns and did a little smdging here and their,
I wanted their to be a crow, becaus eI always thought it was interesting that the crow in Air was one of the main birds, and I aslo wanted the black feathers so the wall wouldn't be BRIGHT.
I also had a idea where i should angle the wall a little bit so it can look like ...will more dramatic.

Beautiful wallpaper. Love the effects you've used, particularly the wings. Only thing I could complian about is the quality of Sora (the crow) in the background, and the fact that it isn't a larger res. Still gonna fave it though. Great work!

Very pretty scan and beautiful wallpaper. There is much blue. The effects of the background are pretty too... Somehow the whole wallpaper looks a little grey, I think... or maybe it´s only the blueness...or maybe the scan is a little unclean...?
Anyway, the crows (+ feathers ) are great. Very good work ^^!
