Got really fed up with this one so submitting it, maybe someone besides me will find it useful. Pink Original scan (yes, THAT SMALL.) I think I'm into s&m.
Pinks not really my color, put I like the pink in this. Her right arm looks very blurry and funny to me though, I think its because its on either a color besides white like the scan or its the light purple. Other wise its very cute and I too don't know what shes eating, but to me it looks kind of gorey ( Thought it was a heart in the thumbnail).
I loved this scene in the show, it's when I first starting like Anemone, it was so creepy! I'm really happy someone used the scene to make a wallpaper.

Very cool. i just finished eureka 7... all 50 episodes in 3 days. just got the OST too.
i really like the water color. you did a great job with the color... but i agree with some of the people before that the right hand/arm doesn't look quite right. seems like fingers coming out of the wrist... no hand. also, the eyes look a little wonkey. maybe the right eye is looking too far in making her look cross-eyed (but she was crosseyed at some times in the show)... but no one else has mentioned it, so it's probably just be me.
So that's jam... o_o;; see, if someone were to have told me that a bit earlier, i wouldn't've been as disturbed looking at it each time as i was =/ haha, anyway, sorry 'bout not getting the chance to comment this earlier :E you should've like.. pm'ed me just as you submitted it -.-'''
hehe ~ great job repainting and recreating the scan, as always~ you're painting skills are |33t >.>;; and i love everything that you've worked on, honestly. you know.. it's a shame that the arc one never worked out, but yea, proportions for that scan were really kinda.. f'cked up. and after all the work you did as well and me nagging and commenting on the side x_x;; blah. back on topic though, the scan that you did choose was a really awesome choice. i've never seen eureka 7 myself, but the character designs have always intrigued me, including anemone's.
the colors are really soft and light in this piece- almost look like watercolor to me a bit. yea, like i said, the character; her eyes, her expression, her clothes, and just everything about her makes her absolutely gorgeous, in my personal opinion. and truthfully ~ i've always believed if there was a decently matching background that corresponded with the scan, the prettier the character [scan] is- the prettier the wall's going to be as well.
as for the background ~ like i said, i love the colors ~ pinks and reds meshed and the difference in color in her eyes just really bring the wall to a central focus and captures anyone who's looking at it. the background that you stuck to, i think, fits really nicely, but personally speaking, i liked the background you had for anemone3 the best =x but ~ but ~ the curvature on the left is a nice touch, i have to say. flowing lines always bring a more relaxed and gentle mood to the wallpaper, and it does fit well with the entire wall in general.
