Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Again a day of surfing has proved very productive. I've been wanting to do an Advent Children wall for a while now and have not really found any scans that really suited anything I wanted to do. I saw these scans though, strange how inspiration just flashes when you see these things. Anyway this hearkens back to my photo manipulation days, makes me really glad I have a tablet now. My sister was the one who came up with the title (which is from the movie I believe), she sat here and watched this thing from conception so she made sure she gets credit for that much. Anyway I hope you enjoy.
"Us or a memory"...love the title it fits really good, but Cloud looks in the wallpaper more blurry than Tifa...so with that you wanted to suggest that Cloud is like living a memory and Tifa reality?Anyway it's great and you did a really good job with background you can swear that those are the trees witch you can find them in the Foregotten City in the AC movie!

I like the muted, wintery quality of this wall. Your placement of the characters is good as well.
I don't like how dark Tifa appears. Not sure why she's in such a shadow... ?? But I do love how she appears in front of the trees, and Cloud behind. Makes him look like... possibly... a memory! ^_~
The font really matches with this wallpaper and also the solomn look on their faces just matches perfectly with the frosty look this wallpaper offers. Very good concept ^_^
Like all other members who have commented previously, the lighting on Tifa has made her too much of a constrast to the whole wallie. But other than that, the wallpaper is a great piece of work(: The title is really meaningful and suits the whole theme of the wallpaper well.
