This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Marcella, if you're older that's just the reaction you can expect from your parents. They think it's okay for a xx-year-old to do such things but a older person should know better. That doesn't mean they love you less ;)
MarceLLa if your older then thats just the way it is.if u've done nothing wrong to ake them hate you then y would they?if your older then they know you can handle the situation
It was very clear from what I said earlier. That is concrete proof that they love her more than they wil ever love me. Hopefully they won't coz thinking of that creeps me out.
I've spent a good couple hours on this one. It's bugged me through and through (many times have I found myself standing back and looking at the wallpaper from different angles). If I wasn't arguing to myself about the layout of the wallpaper, I was quarrelling with little things such as highlights. As I got near the end, I finally got to the point where I was starting to finally accept the product. The last obstacle that came into play, and may be seen as an oddity is the left side. Someone had suggested to me adding something along the left, and I did... but it came with no avail. Gaara's eyes were to strong and compelling on the viewer, and caught the immediate attention of the viewer way to quickly. When i placed an object of some sort to the left, it seemed to detract from that immediate attention to Gaara's eyes, so I felt it just crumbled the total effect of the wall paper.
I personally feel that when you view the wall paper at first glance, the viewer is immediatly drawn to Gaara eyes, and begins to move left in curiosity of what Gaara may be looking at. The aid of the lines behind Gaara also help to move the viewers eyes left.
This one may be a tricky one, hope you guys like it :D.
U did a very good work with that! I wish i could use it as desk, unfornately the reso to small..i like the shapes and the colors, and the texture is wellchoosen but you shouldn't cover gaaras face with the texture, that looks kinda weird o.o. but lovely at all..as i said..wish i could use it :(

Oh, Gaara's so HOT :P Aside from that, I love all the highlights and shadows that you did. And yes, his eyes do attract my attention ^^ I only wish that it was full 4:3, but good job anyway! And I just noticed the gold letters at his collar... that was nicely done!

Very nice wallpaper =3. As you've said in your comment, my eyes are immediately drawn to Gaara's eyes and then to the left haha... Great work!! I hope to see more from you =).
You were certainly right about Gaara's eyes. it's the first thing that caught my attention. like some mentioned above, we all could use a higher resolution. i like everything about this wall except the small res and the black borders. i mean it's ok, wished it was smaller and didn't have any at all. i still like it the way it is though.
I'm not a big fan of Gaara, but i like the way you softened up his harsh look. So many times you see the same old Gaara in a bloody background i'm glad to see another side expressed., and the sand background does it quite efficently. Way to Go!

I dreamed I was missing
You were so scared
But no one would listen
Cause no one else cared
After my dreaming
I woke with this fear
What am I leaving
When I’m done here?
