Our highschools have their own "specialty programs" the school i went to was a communications technology school, we had all the "fancy" technology stuff. Such as advanced computer classes and equipment. This year we got brand new computers.
I have scans to make posters out of. Having a school with a $2000 printer is awesome, i have to pay for the Gloss PosterPaper and Ink but thats cheap. hmmmm i might make this wallpaper simple since i dont want to try anything to crazy.
I made it so simple. The layers are around 50+
For the hill I used stockphoto. First time i wanted to make a palm tree so its not too empty, I tried to attach it buy the result is kinda strange so i get rid of it.
Very pretty and airy looking wall. It's really bright and cheerful. The movement of the girl's hair really gives the impression of an ocean breeze blowing. The mountains and the beach are well blended giving them a realistic sense of being far into the background. All of the elements come together nicely resulting in the whole exuding summer. Wonderful work! Take care.
An excellent wallpaper. You captured the true image of summer with the sparkling sea, beach side, mountains and that pretty rainbow. I love your scan and she just makes the wall a lot worth while to inspire ^_^

The scan is very summery, adorable and pretty but a little blurry, I think. The background is great, even though the hill is a photo, it doesn´t look too realistic because of the blurryness/"distance", very nice! I love the sea and the sky, they are so pretty... *_~ and like that rainbow too...

Really good wallpaper. Love the way the hair is moved by the wind. The background is very beautiful too, I like the way you've done the water and the rainbow behind the mountains ^.^
The water and everything is nice.
The only complaint I have is that the blur you tried to portray as sand/beachy/land didn't work out that well.
You should add more of a texture or noise to it...so that it would be portrayed more properly.
The second thing is that your wallpaper would have looked much better if you were to mess around with the girl a little more.
It looks like all you did was extract and paste it...some vectoring or light affects would have made it look much much better.

amazing water tile you made there. And nice color composition. Some of the elements still looks artificial, like the lens flare and rainbow (that doesn't seem to fit in well, rather than just adding color). But I'm looving the feel of this wallpaper. :)
