Sitting at my desk, twittling my thumbs, and praying that something will magically happen and all my work will be done for the night... Long and drawn out right? :S
Chang chu da jia de xin sheng~ =.= Anyway, off to the wall. The wall was basically a play with textures. Since the scan was textured itself, and I was too lazy to extract and re-CG it, I decided to make something heavy. The scan it self was indeed one of my favourite from Chen Shu Feng. Although it may not look like it, I had to spend quite a lot of time controlling the textures and lighting. Besides that, I went pretty much insane on this wall - a tad bit of 'stream of conscience' +_+
Well, I guess that's it =/ I'll be going back to hardcore walling again now that I have nothing to do =D
I like it. Texture work is really good, and color association as well. Randomness is the key to this wall and it makes it awesome ^^ can't wait to rape you on the Battlegrounds Highknees XD

I've seen all your previous works, and I honestly have to say there's a major difference.
This one is okay, but in my opinion you used WAY too many textures, and it seems to interfere
with whatever theme you're trying to associate. Also..I don't know, there's something just picking
at me which I really don't like... you kind of did go insane on this wall.
I'm sorry if I'm offending you, or if I was too harsh. Please don't kill me. x_x;
....Uhm, besides that, it's a really nice wall.

I think the use of alot of texture there is good. and your placing and lighting does not fail. only thing i can see that doesnt' fit with this wall is that thing on the left bottom corner. Great job.~
I feel your pain man. A lot of people can't appreciate abstract walls, they see a lot going on and think its just a culmination of stock and brushes and that it's easy to put together. This is my kind of stuff man, nice work, I like the colors and the subtle effects like the grass at the bottom right and the mountains. Great abstract wall.

Very good work! I ^^like all those textures... yeah, there are very much of them... The scan is nice and I like the colours of the wallpaper, they are smooth and dark... I like the textes too. Somehow... I think the atmosphere of the wallpaper... is so serious... I like it.

I like how you use all those effects to create that perfect illution . very good work i reallly like it , its awesome . i like that kind of fire style .. really cool..
