Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
ok boys and girls heres my new wallpaper
Now before peope start saying that i have spelt the series name wrong i have gone by the way the anime series shows it as Tenjou Tenje not be the way the website shows its as Tenjho Tenje.Now that i cleared that up lets continue :)
This wallpaper shows Souichiro Nagi and Mitsuomi Takayanagi...im still waiting for the final installment of the anime series where they meet up at the preliminary matches to finally settle the score.
The title Fighting Dragons symbolises the dragons in each of them and the fighting spirit they have.
i vectored both scans and i like the way they came out.
The scan of Souichiro Nagi was originally black and white and i colored it the way i wanted...the scan was found on AP and id like to thank Kirai-kun for it...link is here http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/Tenjou-Tenge/item58283/
The Scan of Mitsuomi Takayanagi was also found on AP and thanks to Gats for supplying it...link is here http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/Tenjou-Tenge/item29274/ ...as you can see the coloring is different and i really like the way it came out.
The Background was a combination of Cloud brushes that i played around with and also played around with the Color Balance to get the color effect you see in this piece.
well enough rambling from me.I hope you all enjoy this wallpaper and please any advice and criticism is always welcome.

Nice job, the vector is pretty damn good. my issue is the bg. the idea is good but it's too realistic for vectored images. they need to match better. ummm, what's that white stuff behind the dude's head on the right side? almost looks like it needs to be extracted out (but it's a vector...). is that really apart of the image?
anyways, good work overall ;)

Very nicely and cleanly done wallpaper. The vectored scans are great and you've done the brushed clouds quite well. Your choice of color and contrast in the clouds I think matches the attitude of the characters in the scan.

- black outlines on the shadows

Your vectors are nearly always top notch...and maybe thats why they seem so out of place with the background. They seem too clean like maybe the need something. Maybe some texture?
But puttting that issue aside, I'm really, really liking the job you did on this wall. Again you make me look forward to your next wall. Be seeing ya. :)

Wow, when scrolling down this wallpaper immediatly caught my eyes and I definently like what i see.^^ Excellent work on the vector and I'm diggin that guys tatooe. :D Keep it up Pana.^^

The vectoring is good, but I wouldn't outline the shadows how you did on Soichiro, besides it differs in style from Mitsoumi.
The clouds from the background are very nicely done.
