Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Well this wallpaper i have been working on for a couple of days, these wall doesnt have any stocks and its totly made from scratch. the bg was just a light color of pink going into yellow, and then i thought of making something with like a farm effect, or just some simple grass. Well then i found that i had a scan and it has some fruits, and all that stuff, so it kind of fitted in with my idea, and the scan also had some prints from another page with leters and you kan find it right HERE, and well the bg was made of some brushes, that i found in Deviantart, and from the Resourse pool, i am not sure how to spell it ^_^'. And... well thats about all, and yeah the text is from DaFont.com a very great place with Cool fonts! So, i hope some one will like it, i worked hard, and now i am proud!! Heheh XD that sounded stupid. Lol! Thanks for any future coment!

I love the sky, especially the clouds. I like the birds too, it's a nice touch. The perspective of the whole wallpaper is a little off, but that's okay. You did a good job cleaning up that scan though. Overall, you did a great job.
Really nice, I love the background, especially the buildings - they don't dominate the picture but subtly add a huge amount of depth. The colours are lovely too - great job
It's an odd mix of images. as always i absolutely love the sky. i kinda feel the scan could be moved over to the right more (rule of thirds) and the text seems abit squished to me. it's hard to say without seeing it, but maybe white birds (possibly reddish) would have been better?

It's ah...kind of small. or maybe i'm just so used to higher resolutions wallpapers these days. anyways, i really like the grasses and plants, it gives me this realistic feeling. you know, you should use japanese temples as buildings XD. umm the stock clouds err imo kind of threw everything off. might have been better if you painted/brushed them yourself, but i guess everyone's got different taste so what can i say?
LOVE the background and the texture of it! great work on the sky and the foreground! lvoe the grass and the building! great brush work! Also, love the concept and theme! Overall, superb wall! Instant Favorite for me!
Wow, this is one is really nice. It is really sharp and it has a dream like feel to it although not a lot. I really like the background to it too and also the buildings in it look great!
I really like what you've done here - thought the farm/grassy look works really well with the scan -plus- the overall soft brownish 'warm country feeling' of the wall matches the theme perfectly. Love the brush work for the birds, grass and as always your signature work beautiful fluffy sky. Great font for the title too.

Just fantastic ^^ I love the colours and the detail you done with the background. The render fits well with the background, and that is very important nowadays for a wallpaper designer.
I must learn with you people how to do so good non-abstract wallpapers. xD
The scan is nice and cute but because the background is so sharp, I think it should be cleaned/vectored a little more. The background is very pretty, I love those beautiful sun set colours. The grass and the clouds are awesome :) I would prefer a textless version.
