Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
I spend two days to create it. I used 36 layers and some patterns to give the impression that it were glue clippings. But the sun rays had transformed cloth pieces into an almost alive landscape.
The scan was taken from AP. I just used two brushes, to make the tree leaves and the flower of the first plan.
The scan was inverted horizontally for better positioning.
Ragnarok Online is one of my favorite games and its anime is good also.

Really nice work here. =D I do notice some ziggy line but can't eb seen really. Like the kind of pop up look you were going for here as well. Excellent job, nice one. ;)
Very nice idea, and great colors. They go really well with the scan. The only thing that I don't like much is the pattern in the birds and clouds. Apart from that, it's very good. :)
This is the nicest wallpaper I've seen in weeks! I totally love it! Very Yoshi story sorta paperish, watercolor/collage art background! Fantastic! Love the innocent color combinations, it fits perfectly with the cute character!
The scan is cute and goes well with the background. You have made the background in funny way, I like those different shapes and patterns, they make the wallpaper so attractive :) Great use of textures, the trees look so detalized and nice. The clouds disturb me a little, their blue outlines look a little blurry/unclean and the outlines could be thinner. I agree with Kakashi0, the pop up look is nice.

This is so cute.. i love the cartoon-ish backround.. and the hige birds.. its so cute.. i like the colors of the sunset.. its so pretty.. and the name is perfect. i like the textures you used on the mountains of grass.. i really like it.. good woork!

This is too cute. I am impressed. The patterns really fit with the character & everything flows nicely. It's a great concept. Also, the trees are amazing. This is a fave - for cuteness & inspiration!
Nice! Love the play of patterns, especially in the trees... they look so stylish XD The pattern in the clouds does look a bit jarring, but I really like all the warm colors and designs you used in this wall :D
