Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

plus this scan isnt walled often or at all.
the lady killer idea came after.
i played around with the different blending modes and vectored uneven bars.
taking a slant line texture i made ME-self, overlayed selected areas.
I LOVE PIXEL ART! i'm obsessed with it now.

the mini text was done with the pencil funtion set at '1' on PS.

WOw for a minute there the thumbnail made the charcter looks like he was coming through the floor and it looked preety cool. I like the look and concept of this one great owork.
I kind of wish the main focus of the piece (the scan) wasn't so washed out by the white area. it makes the overall wall look bland and it takes away from a really cool concept which was otherwise well executed. I like it aside from that. get rid of the washed-out nature of the light area (overlay maybe?) and i'll come back to fav.
Nice! I definitely wanted to wall this scan but didn't really have a good idea how, so I sorta ditched it in the end ._. It's an interesting concept and that dood definitely is a lady killer... XD The only things I'm not sure about would probably be the text on the right-bottom corner, since it's a bit repetitive, and that tiny bit of white border that you've got going 'round...
Woah looks nice, like the classy grim-noir stylin comin off it. It reminds me of a reflection in a puddle ore somethin. it looks pretty awsome and surtainly a nice blended wallpaper compositon

One of the most unusual and creepiest wall I've seen. You would probably win for the most extraordinary wall. I like the black jagged pieces you added outlining the edges. The colors are very different and old-fashioned but it gives the wall a more of a murder-like scene happening back there. Keep the work and effort up!
This is a stunning image that you've chosen, Range Murata just has such a way with rendering illustrations with impact. I am really digging the idea, but I find the jagged designs more distracting than enhancing. However, it is an original and striking wallpaper either way, go you!
Am i the only one who looks at this and sees apocalypse now... where willard is waiting in saigon and its at that perspective with those kind of blinds? it even looks like willard!~ anyhow i think its pretty cool.
