Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Hope you guys like! The characters are supposed to be upside down because they are falling into the ocean.

**EDIT - heres an updated version. I flipped them back up..I dont know, now it looks wierd to me. ah well, it does look like they are floating now
I also tried to make the extraction a little better and I tried to make the image quality better.

Hope you guys like it better now ^.^

****EDITED AGAIN - XP second correction on the extraction. cleaned up some places I missed and nice people pointed out for me. thanks!

I love this wallpaper! I loved the original red version from the moment I saw it in the manga, but this is excellent. The colors are really serene and give this wallpaper a really peaceful feeling. I like the colors you chose too^-^
It's on my desktop and I'm adding it to my favourites=)

Blue indeed is a very nice color for a wallpaper like this. XD I really like the feeling that the wallpaper gives me. I can still see a bit of "left overs" from your extraction though. ^^;; (In between Syaoran's right arm and clothing, and a little bit under Syaoran's left arm.) It's still a beautiful wallpaper though. ^_^

Ahh! I just love the shades of blue! This wallpaper is one of my favorites! ^^ They both looked so lovely together! It makes me want to smile forever! Keep up the awesome work!

Oy, the scan needs cleaning up. It's such a pretty wall, but the fuzziness of the scan really detracts from it.

This is a very nice wallpaper. The tender expressions on their faces are captured wonderfully. I can really see the longing they have for each other and the use of blue reminds me of Sakura's wings. And there is not so much white that it is blinding to use as a desktop. The space was well used as Sakura and Syaoran take up most of the wall.

Whoa. I've seen the "firey" version, and this "watery" version is awesome! The colors blend together so richly...and there's a serene feeling to it.

Very well done, though late as it is. Going as a favorite. =]
