Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Awesome wall. But the texture is too much, it makes the wall look kinda of bad.
But the scan looks really nice with the stock photos though! XD I like the fireworks! Too bad I won't be able to set any off where I live. :(

I must say that those are some fanatstic looking firewaorks and they blend nicely with the sky above that beautiful view of the city. I love shadow effects cast upon Asuka from the light of the fireworks. The use of the colors in this wall is another aspect that is also well done. Some of the textures on Asuka seem a little to strong but that's only a minor issue mainly based of preference, so it's no big deal. Overall, this is a really great looking I have no qualms at all about faving. Very nice work. Take care.
I'm not sure how much Asuka would care about Independance Day, but that doesn't change the fact that this is pretty impressive. The lighting effects work very well here.
That's pretty. The blending was done nicely and the image is creative. I agree with the fact that the texture is too strong, but it's not enough to ruin the wallpaper. Good job!

Wow, this is really nice! The scan of Asuka goes really well with the fireworks and the city scene. I like how the colors of the fireworks is reflected onto her clothes and hair. The stock photos are great as well and emulate Independence Day very realistically. I don't really see any flaws with the 'paper, so you did a very awesome job creating this! Hope to see more from you!
I like it! In honor of Independence Day I will be using this as my background for awhile, well probably until Wednesday. Good job on the fireworks, they look great, and I like how you have more than one layer to the picture, like how you have an up close picture and then a detailed background as well. *fav*
I like it, really seems to grab your attention (more so the fireworks, great job on them). Asuka looks to be blended in a fine way, nothing here I can really complain about. So with all that said this is perfect wall to set the mood of the upcoming holiday. Good job and I'll be faving this one for sure. ^^

U manage to grab some fantastic images of fireworks over a city.
I was amazed how you were able to blend the scan in to the realistic background. When looking at the thumbnail, i thought you couldn't pull it off... but i was wrong ^_^.

Okay then!!! i like the bg and the fire works, but the bg city just looks to much like Reall city, i mean it just looks like JUST stok, adnteh texture look a bit funny, but i guess its okay. The scan looks FANTASTIC, and it looks like its been vectored, but i dunno i like it in any case!! Thanks for sharing!!. you now i usualy dont add walls like this into my favs, but since i have some walls that look like that one, and plus SUNIRA made it!! XD i will just have to have it!! You could of at least did some changes to the stock of the city.
From here.. you just plainly just slaped it there as a background, added three stock of fire works.
Extracted the scan of asuka. Than added in the texture. But it does look nice.. the fireworks.. But hey. its all opinions. And i think asuka cares more about her food than independence day LOL!
