This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
So, Woo~ first wall submittion in AP. Exciting! ;D
Osaka - and i believe i speak on AP's behalf when i say - "damn.. I just love her". I just couldn't resist to make a wall featuring her.
Despite it's empty look, it was rather difficult making this. I wanted to diverge from my all-same vector look (Which you've never seen..), Something.. with variety. Few comtemplating moments and vectoring later, this is what the outcome was. I'm quite pleased tbh, seeing as i quit easily with big pieces. *Laugh*
As for the render, i found it lying around in a imageboard, and i presume it was vectored but the artist never left his/her signature on the piece. So if anyone is familiarized with this piece (or pehaps even acquainted), please inform me, So i can credit the person. @_@

An excellent start in your wallpaper debut but there are some flaws i can see. The majority of the vector is good expect for main leg. Some improvements required. I'm looking forward in seeing more of your work in the future ^_^

Osaka owns!! =D It's a good wallpaper.. I only hate the rainbow, but that's a stupid reason I guess, all in all it's a brilliant wallpaper man! GIVE YOURSELF MORE CREDIT ;_;
I love it! The colors are nice, but I don't understand why you put that blue line there, I see it's comming out of the cloud and I'm asuming that it's rain. (but it still looks cool! :-))
