Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

The scan killed me. It took me about 8 hours to repair and clean it.. >_>
I half vectored the outlines and it looks okay for the wallpaper now, i think. o.o
Yeah, the grass looks weird. >_< I'm going to edit them tomorrow or so.
I can't sit infront of my computer any longer, it makes me feel like ice in the sun.. >>
hm, everything from the texture to the brushing is superb, but the grass bothers me a little too much. it seems to stand out too much which causes it to ruin the blending. I ADORE the clouds however, and because Im such a textured cloud whore, Im going to fave it.

I think colorwise the grass looks fine, it does give sense of depth. The issue with is that it looks too stiff and unreal, grass blades even when tall hardly remain the stiff at the top. If some of the blades bent over a bit more with more randomness it'd be perfect, imo.
It's still a nice wallpaper and it surprisingly looks good even with texture (despite the fact that I am not exactly a fan of textured wallpapers, not anymore atleast, lol)
It would be the perfect wallpaper i you used another gras brush..aarh ;_; the wall is rlly nice, but the grass is a shame for it!..i love the wall... T_T (yaa! and hate the grass `. .´)
I like the color of the grass and the bright blue sky and just the overall open air feel of the wall. I don't have any complaints cuz as it is now it's still awesome, great job as usual~
I really like this wallpaper! I love textures so thats one point!The clouds look awsome to me so nice and pretty! The only thing is yeah like you said and everyone else, the grass does look a little weird. To stiff I think, I mean she is running on this huge animal I think it would be moving, a least a little ( I live in the desert so its kind of hard to judge ^_^)! I like it alot any ways, plus fav!

Good wall, though the colors are imo a bit too 'deep' (or the contrast is too high). Making the whole picture somewhat brighter might also make the grass standing out a little less.
I am aware of the fact your monitor probably has a better contrast ratio and brightness then my current one, meaning the wall looks great on yours, but is a reason for my critic on my screen. I might check it on a different monitor tomorrow, 'cause this wall got potention ;).

Lovely and pretty scan, very nice work with cleaning. I think the grass look great, well, maybe shadings could be a little lighter but I like them :) The texture is good!

I love the colors that are used and the contrast between the sky and the grass. The grass is a bit...standoutish, but it doesn't seem to bother me too much. And the scan is great. I love it.
When I saw the thumbnail, all I could say was, "wow".
Then, when I enlarged it, all I could say was, "WOW".
This is just an amazing wallpaper. The way the clouds are put makes it seem like they're running at very high speeds while the grass and things around them are standing still. (Totoro!)
I also quite like the texture of the wall.
