Well then, after seeing a nice looking scan of Gin in the scans section, I knew I had to use it in a wall of some kind. I got the idea for the wallpaper style after brainstorming a bit and looking at the newly-vectored Gin (You can find the vector I made in the scans section if you want to use it), the "trendwhore" or "pop-art" look would perfectly match Gin, and here is the end result. The whole thing went through six different revisions over the course of about a week from start to finish, starting with the vectoring of Gin. Everything is 100% my work, except for the brushes I used to make the textures. It's a collection of brushes I've amassed over the years, so I'm not entirely sure where I got them all. Otherwise, all the circles, arrows, dotted lines, vectors, etc are all 100% my work.

The entire thing is made up of over 200 layers of vectors, brushing, text, etc. It took my computer (Athlon 64 3400+, 1.5 gb ram, Radeon 9800pro 128mb) a good 15 seconds to open up the PSD. Phew.

I vectored Gin using Photoshop instead of Imageready so sorry, resizes are not possible.

Well uh, not much else to say, really... I was listening to a lot of Asian Kung Fu Generation and Straightener when I made this, and just watched the first episode of Honey and Clover 2... I also got filling for a small cavity this week. Well anyway, here it is, hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
