Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I started watching Speed Grapher last nigth and finished it this morning, yeah I didn't get any sleep, and yeah..its that good, also..the opening song, catchiest tune ever written. sl33p iz fo' lozerz. Anyway, I made the wall as soon as I woke up from my morning nap :3. I know I know, yet ANOTHER style from me, Im not much of a comformist, plus Im very anxious and hyper, sticking to one thing isn't for me. I decided to give the over-used-but-not-as-much-as-circles arrows a try.
I also, tried the no shadow technique on the vector, partially because I was too lazy to do a proper outline and all those shadows on such a detailed scan. @_@ the rest is well, up to the imagination of the mad. Added some cityscapes, some retro patterns and lines. Last but not least, I typed up the stylish title, Seaside Friends, which I got from the best band..EVER, Ghinzu. If you haven't alerady, which Im quite positive is the case, go listen to them. Oh and for the speed grapher geeks who noticed:

"wait..doesn't Suitengou have glasses?"
Ish: stfu, I got lazy and he got contacts. ^_^

God. Speed Grapher was good, but it could have been so much better. Especially if you're gonna have Duran Duran as your opening song. it dissapointed me. my main problem with that series is that, even though it had wicked style up the wazoo (dude, what's-her-face has the best school uniform. ever.) it had like.. NO plot for the middle of it. anywho, onto the wall.

. your vectoring is nice as usual, and i like the colour scheme (is it just me or are all your vector walls monochrome?) you do the trendwhore circle thing well but eh, it could be better i guess. lol. suitengu looks funny without his glasses. fun wall, though.

I also enjoyed Speed Grapher quite a bit. The animation was atrocious and the middle did drag a little but the interesting storyline and fantastic antagonist (Suitengou) made it highly enjoyable.

Anyways, I love the wallpaper. Great vectoring and nice color choice.

Speed Grapher, my favorite series from last year (and screw the critics that didn't like the series)! Very nice wall...seems monochromatic color schemes are popular. Definitely a favorite!

Yeah Speed Grapher was a really great show, love the browns you used, kind of resembles some of the scenes from the ending theme of the series. Nice use of the cities and all the trendy stuff, it's a cool SG wall and I don't mind Suitengu w/o the glasses cuz my fave chara was Saiga anyway :P

Hmmmm...I don't know how to begin ^^' ...ok, I love the colors, the scale of diferent brown, I call it "earth colors" hehe ^___^ ....I like so much the design...i mean, the disposition and the characters' and shapes' distribution...excellent! But, it's a cliche style...i mean everybody had made something with these design, you know.
Anyway...your walls are great and this isn't the exception...^___^ good work!
