Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

My entry for the Pre-90's Anime/Manga Fun challenge to Trompe Les Mondes over at AP... we won, yay! >xD I'm a tad surprised that nobody else walled Totoro, but anyways~ I kept this one simple, 'cause that's the way I like it best, since I remain an icon whore, which probably won't change anytime soon >3 Mwe he he!

Totoro vectored from this scan from http://perso.orange.fr/one-piece-of-manga/, much thanks to crap for sharing; leaves vector-modified off this scan... Lastly, thanks to my cousin Kevin W. for obliging my "COME LOOK AT TOTORO JUST ONE MORE TIME" calls >xD, as well as the usual suspects for reassuring me that the wall was done :D

Wow... really clean vectoring. I love how you used the brown lines as an outline, makes it different. Nice choice of colors for the leaves. You also used what is possibly the cutest font ever *goes to find it.* Awesome job, +fav.

Simple. I love simple wallpapers, like you said, icon whore, that's indeed me, so I enjoy simple walls. You did a great job with this one. I've parts of this anime and loved it. Miyazaki always does awesome animes. ^^; Anyhow, great job again and congratz on winning that challenge thingie, ah, and thanks for the gallery thing, I'll probably use that link later! Take care!

It's so cute! I love Totoro so much! He brings back good memories. I like the plants a lot; the plant growing scene was my favorite. Nice vectors! ^_^

I love totoro too! I just hope that my bro brought me home something sweet from the ghibli musuem!

anyways to the wall... I love the fact that he's flying! the rest of the wall is simple, but who cares! totoro rules it all!

Omg. so cute XD. i love how simple your walls appear to be-but that's what makes them gorgoeous. they aren't too overworked/crowded/busy/whatever you want to call them, but are just so...clean looking. nice color choice as well. keep it up! ^^

Amazing unorthodox wallpaper for this genre :)

I love it, it have perfect colour and harmony, the cat looks cool too

i love the whole image, the trees and especially the placement and choice of the fonts its very good :)

BTW, apparently you unique style, first of all i thought simply similar to my ideals, but apparently yours has a very distinct selection of colour pallete. I'll have to browse for more of your work later on.
