Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
First I just vectored Ichigos hollow side from manga. After that I started to think what to do with the rest of the image and good ol' uncle sam popped into my mind.
Quite a few hours in session zero (thanks to all who helped) and experimenting lead me into "kill bill" color scheme and there for to the text.
I hope you like my first wall!
Wow, i love it just for the concept alone. Vintage poster style combined with eastern influences combined with a parody of Kill Bill... what's not to like?

The hollow ichigo looks great in the yellow clothes.
The only thing I dislike is the background. The colours looks rouhg. I dont like this.

Well the sun in the bg is supposed to be japanese naval flag. the reason it is so roughly colored is because of the mangas shadow style (i used it to ichigos shadow and text shadowing) and the pure white/red coloring looked bit dull (at least in my opinion). Well always some like some don't. Right?
Yo this is mad hot. i love ichigo in his hollow form and what you did to this pic is outstanding. I have to put this on my desktop right now. Man I hope my first wall is as good as yours and I can't wait to see yor future work I hope it is as good and better as ths one is. I love what you did with the color and the background is to die for. Wow I hope I get as good as you when it comes to making wallpapers as good as this one.
