Not much to say of this wall hehe, it's a little simple. I used this scan:
http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/School-Rumble/item35566/
I started it about 4 days ago, but in total I think it took me about 10 hours
the extraction was kinda hard xD, because of the really thin hair.
I used a stock photo for the buildings and blended them a little with the sky, then I added the clouds.
But hope you guys like it!

For the people who want to see it or prefer a wall without texture, here it is ^^ :

I like the idea, the concept and it's a beautiful background.
I like the lightening effects but i think a little bit less of texturization will be better.
Anyway, good job.

Yay an School Rumble wallpaper :) there aint alot of good SR wallpapers but this one is quite ok, although I find the wallpaper to grainy in both your versions. Anyway good job.

Aww, what a pretty wallpaper! It really looks nice. The coloring is excellent, it reminds of August/September. None of these three are my favorite characters, but still, they look really pretty. And the text you added suits the image perfectly. :)
