Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Let's see...This feels like a long time ago, but it's only been 2 weeks? I worked on this everyday just about...I don't even know how many hours, and I don't wanna count ><. layers=countless. What Inspired me to do this wall? Well, it's that VERY SEXYY and LURING screenshot of my favorite DIVA of course! look at that gaze..ahh...so evil..yet innocent.. Right when I saw this screenshot, I thought.Grayserg. Just that kind of Detailed Vector and glowing Style is exactly what this screenshot needs to create the atmosphere! It's my first time trying out this kind of vector and without Grayserg's tutorial, Grayserg himself of course ;) I wouldn't be able to pull through. For the hair, I mostly just looked at his works and..sorta just went with it. In a way, it was easier than i thought, but in another way, it was Wayy harder than I thought.
The first step, of course, is the hardest, because i had noo clue where I should place the shadings, and where each color value goes. but somehow, i was able to... go with the flow i guess ^^'
Choosing the colors, and adding details were difficult because the screenshot, as you can see, is...wreck.

THank you Kalico for the final check up, and I tried adding The Sheer silk cloth flowy thing, but LoL, it just didn't work out. whatever i tried to add to this, it just took away from the whole image of Diva, so, it's probably because my skills aren't there yet. but Thanks for the suggestion, i'm sure that if i did it right, it would've added to the sexiness.
BUt I'm Very Happy that I finally finished this. I feel like I just lifted a huge elephant off my back. NOw to the BattleGround Wall! >3

When I fist saw this posted up, I was immediately reminded of Grayserg's awesome vectors. You really nailed in where the supposed shadowing and lighting well. I mean this is MUCH better than the screenshot you used. Well awesome vectoring, your best yet!
Hey blu, great wall, really one of your best. has a great portrait feel, nothing like completing a project after so long, I would say it paid off. Fav ^^
I see Grayserg has been tuttering a few pupils as of late :D
This is in fact the 2nd wallpaper I recently see where his name is mencioned as someone who helped and adviced during the making process of it, and like the previous and all of Grey's work.., it realy turned out phenomenal; to say the least :)
The technique you used here realy resembles that of Grey's aswell, thus giving the vector that Superb look & quality..; I am realy a sucker for these type of walls, I just find them beyond beautifull... and the work you acomplished in this one makes all the words I say pure facts.
Thus.., I couldn't realy pass by without making it a favorite..
It realy is.. That good.., and you realy deserve all the thanks for such a great work you acomplished :)
I loved this wallpaper the second I saw it! But I hate Diva (no offense) but after what she did to Riku, I dont like her. This wall though really captures her essence, and the vectoring overall is excellent. I wish I could vector like that, oh well. I'm faving it!
I love Diva, and this wallpaper captures her beauty perfectly. It has a painted portrait feel to it. Great to see the screenshot that inspired you. I've seen up to episode 35 of the series, and now I'm really interested to see how she gets her hair long again.
It will be a long time, if ever, to beat a Diva themed paper with the quality of yours. Favorites, checked. Current desktop, check. Great job sir.
