This was my entry for the last circuit of Derka, which ended a few months ago. For this circuit, we had to express our interpretation of a song (Sæglópur by Sigur Rós) on a wallpaper. I visualized rain, so you will see a puddle and rain drops there somewhere. PM me if you can't see them.

Before you go, "this is by shunpei, you idiot," look closer. The character is by Hikaru Nakano. Painting it like Shunpei (or at least trying to) is my interpretation of the song's instrumentation - complex, highly detailed, and colorful. Merging the two very different styles was probably the most difficult part of making this wallpaper, but it certainly was a lot of fun.

Note that I made this wallpaper months ago (February, I think), BEFORE circles and patterns and abstract stuff became cliche. Also, this wallpaper *has* a signature. It's hidden there somewhere, and it's there to make sure I don't get ripped. But I don't really care. It's already ripped to begin with, so rippers, rip all you want. You're the ones who'll end up looking dumb anyways, not me.
