Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

been a long time since i've read the divine comedy, and i still loove it so much
this description is gonna be kinda quick because i hafta get to work x_x
but basically, that quote from the divine comedy pushed most of this wall into being.
i love devil may cry. i never had the time to finish 3, but i loved what i played of it. and vergil is badass.
that scan just screamed "bring it on" to me, so a battle was what i went for. the background is a combo of a stock photo and me painting and drawing my ass off. as were the evil lil monster guys.
many screenshots, and many drawings from scratch went into this.
i wanna thank my army a ton for their criticism and support and awesome ideas.
and when shadow_dude uploads his wall to AP i have to link to it, because his was just awesome.

This wall is off the wall lmao omg i thought the other one was good too but this one takes the cake. i love how you put more detail and color and DAM! it looks BADASSS! very very VERY good wall it became one of my fav's keep up the awesome work.

Must say, the background of this wallpaper is rather... creepy. Along with the choice of scan, it just adds to the effect. Your extraction is almost perfect, but it still needs to be done a bit better. I can still see the white part in certain areas of the characters. Also, it would have looked better if you blended the scan along with the background more. The scan stands out too much. Nonetheless, nice work on it. Keep it up.
