This Vector Belongs to the Original Art Category....yes it does...it might look like some kind of Female sasuke or something(the hair does look like his) but it's not...this vector was made from a Picture...my friends big sister that it is...and since there is no anime person like this...it's in Orignal ne?

Lol this wallpaper was not THAT hard to make i guess...well as you might know... -.-
when working with REAL pictures...there are always to many details... so first i made it white and black(destrutate or something) and after that i just whont into Filter and Artistic and Outcut'it it(cant rememebr the settings) and began the Vectoring....

so what? alot of other anime/manga pictures dont have it or the nose is just to god damn small

i used like around 3-4 Textures on this one and made all of them like 50% their Opacity and some stuff and what not....


well yeah layers are few sicne it was on the vector i put in the most work...
