1. don't just do file - save/save as
do file - save for web.
it compresses the file size. you can typically save anywhere between 60-80 without losing much quality
2. shouldn't have vectored it. i would have just used the scan as it was. it would have been higher quality than the vector, which lacks a lot of the emotion the original scan has. of course, practice makes perfect, but i think you should either rework the vector, or just use the scan. it's the biggest downfall of the wall.
3. (and this is me being uber picky) i would rather see snow instead of sakura petals, concidering when this all takes place. or ashes. caus eof the war theme. oor...snow that looks like ashes or vice-versa.
overall, the wall is pretty solid. but the vector reallyis the weak point. the background is beautiful though.

The translation is something like:
"Saikano
She, the ultimate weapon
Between tears and sorrow,
Your face for the night,
Your love for the life"
The last two lines sort of translates oddly to english. It might sound better as "Your face for the night, your love for Life" or something like that.
