Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
My 7th Wall! Thought I do another Beach Scene wall, this time having the girls from Full Metal Panic! And the Fumoffu Guy in the back :)
Well, took me roughly 4-5 days to do this one. I had to use 2 stock photos to create the sand and the palm trees in the back and the water.
The sky took the longest to do even tho it looked simple. I had to use several gradients and filters to get it right. Also using several brushes to get the right look.
Overall, I think it came out good. I had to look for more brushes to do this one, pretty tiring stuff.

This is sexy. The only thing i really dont like is how Chidori and Tessa are just there. Maybe add some footbrints or someon of a shadow? Other then that it looks good. Id like to panic at the beach with them ^_^

I like it but i think you put the characters too much at right ...
It would have been better putting them (chidori & tessa) more to left and leaving bounta-kun at right to have a better repartition.

On to your wall. A good sky and sea but it seems the palm trees and the sand doesn't blend in well with the overall wall. Since they are stock photos, it is bringing out the relistic image to the unrealistic scan and sky you made (scan and sky are all brushes and paint).
Consider this another top job

The sand and the trees look too realistic and don't blend in. I can't really tell where the sky becomes sea either. However, I do like the idea. I especially like Bonta-kun in the background. Nice job.
Pretty good wallpaper, Though only one thing I'll say is smooth out the color shading and should have added a little something else to the background. But anyways its simple and good looking.
Hmm.. I am a big fan of FMP. I have seen almost all of the wallpaper that were made for the show. For this one I must say the following. Sexy? for sure, colour wise? very good.. Soothing? yes.. But I wouldnt be fair if I did not say the folowing: This wallpaper made me laugh my ass out. Yeah, its that sanouske walking around in the background. At first I did not notice it, but when I did, HEHE..
