This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

All the things on the table are of significant importance to the series.....for you others that weird tube thing is "red eye"...its a drug that the red dragon (a mob on mars ) traffic'ed and sold...
I wanted this wall to have a really deep and strong feeling....
The vector of julia took about 5 hours , then i could not figure out what to do with it , i tryed a lot of Backgrounds but just wasent happy with them , then i was just looking at the vector and (i had a WACOM by now ) painted a tear rolling down here cheak..the second i did that the whole wall flashed before my eyes, *whoo*
painting that BG took about 2 weeks and ~blu3angl helped me Soo much , i was PM-ing her my work as i did it , she really helped me to get my lighting down right.....
there was a 2 month gap in between the making of the vector and the completion of the wallpaper .
I used photoshop and a wacom tablet for the background and a screen cap from episode 25 for Julia.
I dont even want to think about how many hours this took.......*tolong*
THERE WERE 358 LAYERS IN THE FINAL VERSION *i thought that my computer was going to pee*
P.S. the Title comes from cowboy BeBops closing song (they only had one)

I love the detail on this wall. Even the view outside the window is well made it's beautyfull and you capture that feeling very well. All your time and your hard work is well spend coz in the end you get a result that's rewarding to look at. Keep up the nice work!

I hated Julia in the series. I never look for walls with her in them. But i really love this wall. Everything about it just draws you in. The background is wonderful. I especially love the picture of Spike and Julia in the background. Very well done.
This wall has a gorgeous, soft feel to it. It captures Julia perfectly. She doesn't get enough love...thank you for making such a beautiful wall of her. New favorite!
