Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Yay...finally done this wall =) This wall took a while considering how easy the concept was. I took the moon and clouds from real photos, so don't think I'm pro at brushing, cause I'm not XD The colours were more of a mistake when I just experimented with gradients and such. The hardest part were the grasses because the hue took such a long, long, long time T_T Hope you guys enjoy it! Any other crictism is still welcomed =D
Ahh, you uploaded it! I saw that you got some opinions on it in the forum (I, of course, am bad at giving advice so I just lurked xD). I think it turned out very lovely, the shrine in the background gives the wall balance. Great job. :3
Good background. I think the colors match up well with Itachi's robe. I also like the slight red tin on the moon since that's what "akatsuki" literally means. I would say maybe you should lessn the chalk/dust effects on the sky. Also, the lowerest cloud should be thinner so that it looks like it is far away. We don't want to see ninjas flying to the level of clouds now do we^^;; Overall, good job!
Personally I'm not a fan of the details on the ground and bottom backround, rather the sky seems blurry? The moon could be smaller, and definitely not as blurry or something. The texture needs some work too, it just seems too repetitive. I'm also not a fan of the placement of the font. You did do a good job with the clouds and house thing in the backround though.
Well, I realize that this wall only suits a few people who like this kind of style, so I'm not at all surprised if some people don't like it. I also forgive people who are complaining about the moon, clouds, and etc. I tried to bring Itachi's world, which is confused and messed, into this wall. The big moon is out of proportion because that's basically what Akatsuki means =/ The clouds are so bright because it contrasts with a lot of stuff in the wall, like his character. One really has to watch or read the series to get a feel of Itachi >.<
The vector is just awesome I really like it. Personally I don't know how this "Itachi's world" is but the moon looks rather big, but it's a good way to fill out the background. The clouds are really good, maybe there should be a few more smaller ones. I see you added quite a few stars as well, but they are too small imo. Bigger ones would look much better with that huge moon. All in all it's a good wall, great work :)
Simple but very dramatic background which fits the character well. What I love most about your wall is the canvas textue you have put. I like the corlors as well.
I don't like the starfield. With a texture so heavy, many of the detail on the wall is lost, especially on the starfield. Thus, the stars look like noise on the wall.
The silhouettes of the temple and stuff in the background is weird. One is at 3/4, whereas the other one directly facing the front... so I don't think it looks that good.
The moon has more of a pinkish tint to it than red, and the clouds' hue are different as well.
Overall, I don't like the texture that much, and it's kind of heavy. The text also needs some work, or not be on there at all... (GET SOME NEW FONTS!) But then, I think this is your best wall so far. Keep at it!
