Since it's an old wallpaper, I won't tell you to change anything (I know how annoying changing wallpapers again and again can be). Well the star brush is not my taste. The quality of the brush is bad, you shouldn't have made it larger than it was. The scan quality is also a bit bad. There are a lot of nice scans around Animepaper which are not pixeled ^^. Well the colors are pretty. So good job.

I like how you faded a larger image of the character in the background. I like the addition of the stars and the pastel colors. Text is appropriately placed and there is balance in the wall. Nice work.
