Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Light and Darkness, umm...not so much literal but (here comes my nonsense blab)
What is often created to be good can end up being bad. What was bad can turn to be good. (Within light there is darkness, within darkness there is light). A seed that begins to grow can either grow good and strong, or cripple and die. and blah blah blah o.k. me's shut up (I'm confuzzling you all xDDD)
for simplicity sake, even in the darkness of space there is light, but beyond that light
Anyhoo, another Lacus Clyne wallpaper, uhh..space-y themed yes... I can never get the right look(that I'm really satisfied with) when I do space-y themed walls xD this one I'm kinda content with lol. My thumbnail looks much better than the full view (imo xDDD). The top quote is actually fron D.N.Angel, the bottom was just...made up(obviously xD).
And, in case you're thinking that it's a comet(or shooting star) going past the planet, it's not xD *pokes all who thought it was* it's actually supposed to be a mobile suit going past it (I tried to make it kinda look that way >_<; ), the blackish sillouette is supposed to be the Freedom (yes...the original picture was much bigger but it's supposed to be in the distance which is why it's tiny xD) *cough* I have a bad sense to composition ne? O_o;;
Oh well...enjoy the unfull version of it because that looks better xD
[editness]Noticed after I saw my wp, up here that, yes, Lacus' hair quality is messed O_o;; so what did Hikari do, she went and uploaded a better version chuu.xD
The edges seem a bit jagged, but i like how lacus is holding the seed :P, nice concept, though i think there's a bit too much going on in the background
I like the overall concept of the wall and I can see where your getting at but the brush/texturing of the space seems a bit "not really space-y" (thats my opinion) but I do like the planets and how well they are blended, Lacus definitly fits in perfectly and I like the overall brush effects. Font choice if good and I like the quotes. Since I am a sucker for Lacus walls and Space walls, I shall add this to my favorites! Good job! Goodluck on your next wall!

Love the space background. i agree with some of the others, that top quote looks a bit out of place and would probably be better if it wasnt there or moved elsewhere. the lacus image kind of seems to stand out too much imo, maybe bit more fading or blending wouldve helped. but overall i really like the wall
Finally, Lacus in the black kimono. The wallpaper is absolutely great. The moblie suit in the background looks okay. And I don't think her hair looks that bad. The wallpaper certainly has a sense of balance to it.
Hmmh. It's really very nice to see Lacus used in a convention thats not completely pink and girly-cuddly happy Haro type stuff. You pulled off the coloring and background very nicely when it accompanies the lacis image. Pretty awesome indeed.
Lacus look so pretty in that kimmon and in space with all the plants in the background like mars and jupter and urans and neptune and venus and saturn.
