Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
LL: (if you are still on) I need to have you making a group annoucement about the card game. Currently very few people are on it. I make the design,but we need set the rules soon as possible.
Before I start: I never played the videogame "Red Ninja".
I I like the main character a lot but I never played the game once.
Ok,we can start ^_^
I started with the background behind the scroll; I made it with a long brush work and I must say
that I'm really satisfied of how it turned out.
It's exactly what I wanted.
I extracted the scroll from a stock image and I merged the drawing of a field on it
to obtain a sketch effect.
Thanks to Witchking00 for the good image ;)
I added some textures on her dress and then I redrew some small (SMALL!) parts.
Time to work with the stock photos now:
I extracted the knife, the petals the money bag and the coins and I decided their position
(probably the hardest part ^_^' ).
The last part was the blood:
I used some textures to obtain a better effect.
I know it's not very realistic but that's the best that I can do...
I added some shadows and...voilà!

I never know and play this game too. But! I like this wall very much. That's very very cool.
Just simple scan but when you added texture and effect that make picture get more interesting. Especially the scroll you make with a long brush work. It's awesome. Knife, Blood, petals, money bag and the coins those match with in.

Undoubtedly this wallpaper is one of the best I've seen so far, not only by design, well that is also something essential, but by the quality and escecia offered this, starting with a knife or razor with the effect of splash of blood is simply perfect, that's the detail I like most about this wallpaper, and another important detail is necessarily essential to highlight that the fund is used to make the wallpaper, it is luxury this type of paper, technically clear softening , nor render to say, another detail what improvements are a fairly pink petals and substance of paperl something like a meadow, or just grass, good job man
Hot ninja, check. Provocative color and imagery, check. Skillful integration of source with user-made elements, check. Absence of cliched phrases, check. Sweeet.
Immediately, I knew this would be one of my favorite walls of all time. I would love to learn how you blend in the images so well! Ok, so, yes, I love it, hands down. Interestingly enough, I love how blade steadily becomes more and more sharp and crisp to the eye (high-def, if you will) especially once it reaches its point. It's no longer just an image, but a tangible object that I can almost reach out and touch! I kind of wish the coin purse also had that kind of feeling. It just feels "too real," and it doesn't fit as nicely as the blade.
But other than that, I really don't have anything to complain! It's beautiful and thank you for making it!
Wonderful paper and I have to say the blood did turn out pretty cool with the splatter effect. Really nicely put together.
One thing that you might want to consider is adding a tiny bit of color to the background grass in the scroll. Since the subject of your paper is pretty red colored you could add some contrast in the background. Still I think you did a very nice job and I will be using this paper. :)
What a wallpaper... such astounding workmanship.. true class.. i don;t really know how you did it.. but amazing...love the concept.. love the realism.. although the blood look a little too gorish.. love the background and the redness in the wall... truly imaginative and awesome...
