Well I kinda wanted to make myself a simple wall and this is what came out.

I saw a nice scan right on this site which was perrrfect for my desktop. So I vectored Rei and made my own 'underwater' background 'cause I didn't like the one in the scan.

Or maybe I just hate how hot summer this year is and I want more water.
You never know such things.

Oooh I love the simplicity of this wall espeically the overall underwater effect! I like the dark colored one of the wall and Rei certainly fits into everything! I like the light and the several blending effects in the wall! Excellent! Made me think about the "fly me to the moon" song at the end of each NGE episode hehe FAVORITES!

Me thinks this vector has a Wonderful GLow, I like the light source.. and everything. Maybe adding a little bit of underwater texture might spice this up a bit more. but Overall I like it x3 +fav nice details you added ;D

I always did like this scan alot, thanks! Although this wall is farely simple in its aspect, I just like this scan alot. Rei just looks very relaxed and as if she doesn't have a care in the world.

Wow, I love how the simple background focuses your eyes on Rei, it is really quite striking. I also love the effects that you achieved with the background while keeping the focus on the foreground.

Nice...looks like she is swimming or something. Simple, yet effective. But what would make an even better touch would be some bubbles and surface ripples! Justa suggestion.
