Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I basically chose this series because the scan looked interesting =.= Went on youtube to watch a few episodes and I finally got the inspiration. The idea isn't quite original, vectoring isn't that great, blending isn't that great, positioning isn't that perfect, detail isn't that awesome, but I feel this is what the anime represents. Paranoia Agent is a series you guys should all watch ;D
Concep-wise for reflection of the series, this was one of my favs. Th execution isn't so hot, but it does represent the series pretty well. i would have done some moew work blending her into such a real background, but...i'm obsessive.

Yeah, the blending isn't that great. It looks out of place and the frame doesn't fit very well. Wat i do like is the font. A nice smudgey looks. One anime series i'm sure to look out for more info. Thanks for the recommendation.
Nah, it's kinda... freakin me out xD. Not the best way to put an anime-lookin girl to a realistic background, but... I know someday I'll love it. And this day is today.
I don't know the anime, but I liked your wallpaper. I understood the concept behind it and I think that it is a good one :)

I like it, despite all the imperfections you mention. i don't like the texture on the photo-frame though, since the rest of the wall is so clean it feels overly dirty there. i also don't like the font for "sweet escape" but i quite like the rest of it. good job :D
I like the wall and kind of like the freeze frame effect amidst all the bells and whistles of the city, i only watched like 2 paranoia agent episodes out of sequence...and I've been meaning to go back and watch it properly and someday I will lol. Anyway nice composition and it's a great wall as always for you
I ahvent seen the series but the wall makes me want to! I like the idea of a photo caption i nthe middle of the city, awesome blending and loving the night scene! Love that blood splatter too! Good job! Worth being Favorites!
This wall looks kinda weird in a way, but I still like it. The bg looks really cool, although the girl doesn't really blend into it like everyone else said. Overall, it's still nice so fav from me! :)

This really is a nice wallpaper! Her look, that picture rim, and the blurry moving city scene all go well together. Even though there is a lot of color, it's beautiful.
I agree with pretty much all of what kalico said... the shadow behind her 'specially looking a bit odd, where a shadow behind the photo frame may have helped :3 I really like the details though, despite all that busy activity, this wall's really grows on me the more I look at it, xD Overall a really nice job yo... ^^
I agree with +kalico, this wall actually does represent the series quite well. Even though I like the wall I have to say that the background looks too real. However I can't blame you because that also mixes with the series too, she needs to wake up and go to reality! You could of added more texture on the photo frame however.
