After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Ive been painting a scan for a wallpaper on and off for about a week now. Hopefully when the kids go back to school tomorrow and hubby is in work ill be able to finish finally.

Why hello there AP!
Okay, I know the title is really cheesy (you know that band, guns n' roses, HAHAHAHAHA *shot*) but I thought it fit.
So! Here we have the main cast of characters in Ouran High School Host Club. If you want to see the original version of this wall, that's here. Pretty bad, huh? So I went to Session Zero and over the course of 2 months or so, I came to this.
Most of the time I put into this wall was into the roses around the sides (I vectored those from anime screenshots, roses are a major theme in this show) and extracting/cleaning up the scan. While I did extract and clean it in the first revision, throughout the Session Zero topic I had, people kept noticing spots here and there, as well as these horizontal lines going across the scan which I hadn't noticed at first and I really had to work to get rid of them. >_o I'm quite proud of the final version, though :3
Major props to all my peeps at Session Zero, especially ~LadySaotome and θblu3angl, who gave me helpful comments multiple times and played a big role in making this wall what it is.
When I first added the background, both the wall and the floor were red. Since, I took out some of the things that gave it that red shade, but I tried to replicate it for the sake of options. Hence the bit at the top of this description.
I also recieved comments that the 1024x768 one is hecka ugly, so I put other versions at the top of this description also. Don't ever say Mumpo doesn't service the AP people >:]

I love the vector of the roses. Its rich in colour and its well produced. The bg looks simple but very nice. Great usage of textures. What this wall really catch my attention is you putting a white shade over the bg but not over the scan. It makes me focus more on the scan while the bg is not interrupting me.

By the time i saw this in session zero you were like done and I thought wahhh so cute! i had a silly fangirl moment. Really fitting to the cute atmosphere of Ouran Host Club plus it's just plain pretty, nice job and congrats~
I definitely like this better than the red version. Pastels suit the hosts so well. A little tired of seeing huge roses following the Host Club wherever they go, but I suppose it's inevitable. Nice job!
It might look different in the largest size, but for my resolution 1024x768, the wall looks quickly resized. The line around the characters looked squished making the characters look strange.
I do like the simple roses and background used for the wallpaper though.
Wow I really like this one. The whole club and it is nicely done. Keep up the good work. My favorite character is haruhi. The whole club loves her. They all look really cute. This is awesome. I like the background and the shadow you gave the host members. The roses in the front looks really good too.
