Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Oh okay, this is yet another addition to the 110 wallpapers in the Kingdom Hearts section, last time I checked.
This wallpaper is 100% vectored. I used a lot of different textures. Sora and Kairi is a complete redraw, so is the heart. I added my own little touches here and there. Anyway, I put a lot of detail into making Sora and Kairi. The original picture was made for my friend, but I decided to make it into a wallpaper.
The whole entire fabric type of a look I was going with was that of the show Gankutsuo. I didn't want to sway away from the original feel and look of the original Kingdom Hearts wallpaper, so I went off to fine the best fabric matching textures. I couldn't of done it without fabrics.com. So, many thanks for that website. So, every single type of clothing and the shoes are done with fabrics that you can find at that site. ;)
Anyway, the background is all done by me. I used a lot of texturing, drew the trees that somewhat looks like the pine trees in the game. I just added my own personal touch. The background was much brighter, but I thought I would go for the game cover look with the mountains.
I used a ton of transparency, masking, and feathering to make the overall look of the wallpaper.
Oh and credit to www.mayang.com/textures. I used some of their textures that they have on that site. It is a great resource for textures. ;) Credit to my friend Master to just give an overlook on the wallpaper.
Anyway, I hope you like it. I put a lot of detail into it and added some of my own personal touch to it.
Oh my God...this wall is so wonderful...i really like this one, just look at the background...so romantic...the colours you chose here are so fantastic, and the characters are so great and totally cool! This Kingdom Hearts wall is superb. Not only the whole wall is a vector, but the textures looks amazing. What catches my eyes is the vector heart and the details of Sora and Nami.

The vector is very nice but why did you put the kh1 sora to the kh2 Kairi?
that is very catchy because this is like bringing much more differences between the two. *think* anyways the wall is awesome, your own touch you put into the heart and other details like the trees are very great. i like that let your creativit float on this wall, keep doing walls like this. ^^

Hmm, you know something? None of the wallpapers I've been looking at are loading right for me, they get about halfway done and then stop. xD I think it's just something wrong with AP, not sure.

I can't believe that this entire thing has been vectored! That is pretty amazing. I bet it took forever. I don't know how people have the patience to do it but apparently you do. I love the crown on the heart. Very nicely done. You deserve some kind of prize for this one.
This wallpaper rocks! I really loved wallpapers that features Sora and Kairi! I can't get enough of them! They both are so cute together!! I like your simple "kind" colors. Because that Sora and Kairi are the only ones with different kinds of color on them, they both stand out a lot more than the background colors!! Keep up the great work! This is definitely a favorite of mine! ^^
