This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Marcella, if you're older that's just the reaction you can expect from your parents. They think it's okay for a xx-year-old to do such things but a older person should know better. That doesn't mean they love you less ;)

This was actually intended as my wall for our first WAR battle but as BGC ended in the 90s, i couldnt use it. nothing really crazy here, simply i just vectored and added a few lighting effects.
Gonzo knows where you live.....

I like the wallpaper. The design is simple. I have yet to watch the anime, but I think I must. I have heard it was a good anime, even though it is old, but that doesn't mean much.

The wallpaper... it is simple and crisp.

i loved BGC and i hardly see any pics of this series
the thubmnail looked good but once i full viewd it it was amazing, it realy has to be full viewd to see how good it is.
simple but takes you back to the good times. nice work on the vector too, very clean and crisp

Wow. The background...the aging..the scratchs...Its all done is nice!
Even though...the wallpaper is not my type. It still has some really nice qualities. The background looks really nice and i love the colors. the brushes look so nice and the warm colors give a hot atmosphere. yeh you know i love your wallpapers and you never disappoint me and i don't think you even could. anyway i hope you solve your problems at home/school, good work nonetheless.

This is simply great, I love the atmosphere you've created, it's so sad and desparing. I like the blood smears across her body and wings, they look quite realistic. The minimalist background suits this piece well, it draws all the attention to the character and is very uncluttered. Adding more to the background would clutter the image too much and draw emphisis away from the focal point. Great job!!

While this is basically just a scan with a texture applied, the pixellation reminds me of a late 80's H-game. That pretty neat, I guess... (XD) emoticon Thanks for the 1600x1200 though.
