This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

My second GSD wall...both a wall of Stellar, and both walls taking titles of songs my HS band played. This one is Fanfare for a Golden Sky (obviously) by Scott Boerma (scroll down to the 'Midwest' section, it's the first song -- ha ha if you can read).

I know this isn't one of those "clear" walls, but I wanted this to be more of an impressions and mood wall than a technical/virtuoso wall. Is it to cover up my lack of skills? Who knows, and who cares. If Mr. Warhol can copy a can of soup and it becomes a revolutionary new art style, then I suppose it's all about the impressions. Yeah lol

I love green. I just love that color when it's used well for some reason. Her dress looks like leaves.. it'e gorgeous. The text fits well here too.. very nice job with this wall.

Nice! It got accepted, I saw this wall in Session Zero ^^ I think I commented =P But it's turned out really nice ;D Especially the scan! It blends really nicely with the stocks ;D Though not too fond of those mountains in the background...but it's a really nice wall ;) Nicely done ^^b Keep it up!

(wow, a lot of GS walls recently) lol, i really like! the words are great and the green wings look real nice (kinda reminds me of veggies thou). i think the sky looks the best thou, pretty cool. ^^

This is an excellent wallpaper. Character is extracted very well. Color contrast looks right and the background is wow...it sure fits well with the character. I came upon this wall because one of my friend's put it in her favorite so I'll follow and put it in mine. Funny thing too because I'm not much of Gundam fan

I love your color combination (yellow, orange and green). Your scan was well chosen and neatly extracted. I especially like the wings at stellars back. Haha! She looks more like a fairy now. Nice concept! A job well done!

I don't think you lack skills. I think your way of expressing the deep emotions of Stellar is well-portrayed in this wall. It's new to me that you used green and not blue, but hey it's still nice. The background is totally awesome and I like the colors.
