Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!
Adobe Suite: $700. Junk food eaten while designing: $57. Hours spent working on a design when you could have been working: $350 dollars. The 10 minutes for someone to tell you you suck: Priceless
Solitude. Angst. Awakening. Pain. Yep, you can actually imagine those things when you look at this piece of work.
While still in need of minor tweaks, the concept behind the whole composition of the wallpaper is without a doubt, solid. A lone character, possibly in pain, high up in the clouds coloured by the setting sun. Feels divine, doesn't it?
Yay, finally a wall that I'm pretty pleased with =D In the end, I couldn't get rid of the line (for some reason T-T) so I put a cloud to cover it up >.< I'm still unsure about this wall, but from the comments I got in Session Zero, it seemed pretty okay =/ Hope you guys enjoy it! Any comments and criticism are still welcomed!
This looks really gorgeous. I love how the wings are so focused and have those sparkly things around them. The coloring is also nice, though yellow/green is not really my taste.
I like the bg very very much. although there seems to be something a teeny bit weird with it. can't quite place it, but anyway, it looks real good.
good job overall on the wall, nice colour scheme.
well done.
oh well, bye now.
Brilliant. It fits my current mood so perfectly; there are no words. I've got to go to class so I can't really say much else, but, I love this. This is excellent. +fav +desktop
Very cool wall you've got there. The whole background seems to reflect the feelings that the kid is feeling; reminds me of NGE. Also, I DO like the greenish tint that you have by the 'sun'. Not what you'd expect from normal scenery, like the dark sky, so... it fits just perfectly with the wall. =D
WOW!! I mean this is so realistic. The mood of this work is so perfect. The darkness, pain, loneliness, agony and depression. I love walls like that!
The depth there is great. It looks like the angel tried to run away from everything.
Probably the most artistic work I have seen here. So much feeling in this :)
