While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Hello,

This was my submission at the Battleground against Gat. Link to thread of challenge can be found HERE.

I'm actually very satisfied with this wallpaper. I feel I achieved another gleam of experience in my quest in making wonderful graphics. This is entirely composed of photo manipulation and blending. It was a fun and exciting an experience. I feel it somewhat incomplete since I didn't get to it 4 days prior to my deadline of challenge XD. My style is to make a piece of art. I'm sorry if my walls don't seem very fitting on desktops but hey thats just my style XP.

Thank you Highknees for your critique on pointing out some of the smaller things I missed due to my exhaustion XD lol.

I hope everyone here can enjoy my new work ^_^.

Ur satisfied with the wall, hell I'm satisfied just by lookin at it! Its damn good! damn GOOD I TELL YA!! its like WHOA...how did you do this one? Everything jsut fits in, the quality, the scene, the effects and BG, the scan EVERYTHIGN! The graphics here are superb! just wonderful to look at! I really like the concept here and the feel! THe darkness of the wall and the overall effect is GREAT! Love how you made everything jsut WOW! Instant Favorite for sure! I think its going on my desktop :)

I liked the chaos image givan by the background !! However, some of the clouds and parts of the backgrounds seems too realistic compared to the character featured in your wallpaper !

Excellent wallpaper and the theme is very well presented. You really do feel that sense of hopelessness and chaos of the wallpaper. So many wallpaper elements I have never seen put together before like lightning, smoke, fire... they were all well done and well placed. The background is really stunning. Love it! +FAVE

This thing looks apocalyptic... I wouldn't want this on my computer desktop, I'd rather have it as a print on the wall. You should consider getting this one printed up large scale as a poster or something. It's one of those things that everytime you look at it you get a different impression.

I thought this was one of the best-created wallpapers. The war background has intense fight scenes and a great use of fire, missiles, and lighting. The title "Wars are Ugly Affairs" was an unsual title because it looks as if the character is enjoying the war. Nice textures and skin tones used for the sky. A dark mixture of black, red, and yellow colors. Keep the work and effort up!

Whoa-and i mean-WHOA! This wall like totally jumps out at me. It's dark, and that makes it way cool. The lightning is intense. This wall is much better han anything i could've come up with for Submarine Blue. Personally, I would've added some things to the foreground, but then again i tend to over cramp my walls (hence i havent submitted anything yet), but still a totally rad piece.
