Still continuing perfecting new techniques in vectoring. man, that image was...hard to vector, to say the least. i wanted the hair to be solid so not to draw any attention away from that nice expression. so that's why it's solid...

Are you using the pen tool to vector? man the vector is so rough. I've fallen in love with the wall though. Im a sucker for weird facial expressions, and this one is right up that alley. I love how you went all greyserg on his face. xD fits right in. I would've loved it even more if the vector were smoother though. The background isn't complicated, but Im glad...to a certain extent, knowing you..if you would've gotten creative on it..I probably would've liked it.

Heh, this is a really cool wall. Really unique and funky style, different from the usual Bebop papers. You really picked out some nice colors and it was pretty daring of you to use this specific scan of Spike. The spots imbedded within the lines is retro and just awesome. Great job! This is going on my desktop now.. and into my faves.

Anyways, absolutely love the idea - although I thought the execution is a bit rough especially with the hair. The colours kinda looks like psychadelic/retro type to me, which works well together but just a tad too bold for my cuppa.

Man wow! all i can say is nice job i like the fact you made it look like a vector of a real person but still stayed with the anime concept at the same time, great job overall. you continue those new techniques while i try to master the basics. hopefully i will see more great walls from you.
I love how you've used the scan, and it's refreshing to see these tones of colors. The vector is rough, but I don't mind it so much because it lends to the intensity of Spike's expression.
The unusual pairing of Spike Spiegel and lime green along with the splash of Cowboy Bebop brand duct tape and the resulting facial expression make this a job well done.
